Heimerer College together with international partners this Wednesday held our next event for one of our Erasmus + funded projects.

The TOBP-Transcultural Open Badge Platform for Migrant’s Transition Mentoring in Early Life Family Care project aims to minimize the transition barriers faced by migrants, especially those in double transition situations, starting their family life after arriving in the home country.

This project, which will gradually result in the creation of a resource platform, enabling smooth transitions, has the key goal of reintegrating migrants into their country.

Professionals from various fields (nurses, health care professionals and social workers) and horizons (various organizations, educational institutions) and not only participated where in the end they had the opportunity to obtain the first certificate of this type of Open Badge certificate, which is based on selected scenarios from all transition phases.

Over the years we have had the opportunity to work with an amazing team of professionals from different fields for a common goal; enabling smooth transitions of migrants.

The event was held online where participants from all over the world as well as professionals who came physically to Heimerer College had access to it.
