This project will officially comes to an end on 31st August 2021. We are please to share with you this new plateform and we invite you to use it as much as you may need in order to learn how to become a transition mentor in the context of Early Life Family Care for parents of future parents that just arrived in a new country.

We sincerely hope that you will learn a lot of useful tips, and that you will be able to develop all the most important skills that will help you to facilitate double transition situations toward a new country and toward parenhood.

For further collaborations, the consortium is developping a sustainability plan, to keep the strong links and to make further partnerships possible around the migrations transition, open recognition of informal skills, and around VET.
